An abstract spectrum of colour, this design was inspired by research into medical hallucinations, translating what patients see, into drawings and markmakings. A common factor across interview research was patients seeing things that didn't exist such as objects, shapes, people or lights which has been mirrored in this design. 
Our lampshades are designed and handmade in our studio in Darlington and are printed on a lucent satin which gives off a beautiful sheen when hit by light.
