As all of our products are handmade to order, our current processing time is 14-21 days (excluding bank holidays), although, we aim to dispatch as soon as possible.

These can vary dependant to the postal services efficiency and also are likely to be effected by bank holidays, factors that are beyond our control. If purchasing for a specific occasion, we recommend ordering as soon as possible to allow enough time.
Returns & Exchanges
At Kilday&Co, we value our customers' satisfaction above all else. That's why we offer a straightforward and hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. We hope you love your items you receive, however, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item and we want to make that process as easy as possible for you.

Exchanges or cancellations;
If you would like to cancel your order please contact us within 48 hours of order confirmation email.
If you would like to make an amendment to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of order confirmation email so we can help you alter your order as soon as possible.
If you would like to make any exchanges or returns, please contact us via email (info@kildayandco.com) within 14 days of receipt.
Please note- items can only be exchanged or returned if unused and in the original condition and packaging as received with all tags, labels intact. This doesn't include products that arrived damaged.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

Step 1:
Before returning, make sure that the product is in its original condition, unused and undamaged. *This excludes items damaged upon arrival*
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt so that we can locate your order and know when to expect the returned goods.

Step 2:
Pack the items you wish to return/exchange in their original packaging, if possible.
Please include your order number and name under purchase to help us identify your order.

Step 3:
After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 working days for us to carry out necessary quality control and issue a refund (if eligible). Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less original delivery charges. Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Step 4:
We will notify you via email once a refund has been issued. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note that items purchased from a stockist must be returned or exchanged through them.

Damaged upon arrival

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us via email immediately with the below;
- Order reference number
- Name
- Quantity of the damaged item(s)
- Clear photo(s) of the damage or fault.
We will advise you on whether or not to return the item.
Please note that all claims for orders arriving with damaged items must be made within 48 hours of the delivery date.

Unfortunately, we are unable to give refunds on unwanted items returned later than 14 days from receipt or damaged items not notified to us by email within 48 hours of receipt.
