An abstract spectrum of vibrant blue and green, this design was inspired by research into medical hallucinations, translating what patients see into drawings and markmakings. A common factor across interview research was patients seeing things that didn't exist such as objects, shapes, people or lights which have been mirrored in this design. 
 
Our drum shades are unique, designed and handmade in our North East England studio and are printed on a lucent satin which gives off a beautiful sheen when hit by light.
